Low-Carb Turkey Bacon Cheeseburger Casserole

Instructions

Step 1: Cook the Beef
  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef with diced onion until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in cream cheese, garlic powder, mustard (if using), and cooked Turkey  bacon. Mix until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 2: Assemble the Casserole
  1. Transfer the beef mixture to a greased 9×9″ baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together eggs and heavy cream. Pour evenly over the beef mixture.
  3. Top with shredded cheese.
Step 3: Bake
  1. Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, or until set and cheese is bubbly and golden.
Step 4: Serve
  1. Let cool slightly. Top with chopped pickles if desired. Slice and serve!
