Instructions
Step 1: Cook the Beef
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a skillet, cook ground beef with diced onion until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in cream cheese, garlic powder, mustard (if using), and cooked Turkey bacon. Mix until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 2: Assemble the Casserole
- Transfer the beef mixture to a greased 9×9″ baking dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs and heavy cream. Pour evenly over the beef mixture.
- Top with shredded cheese.
Step 3: Bake
- Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, or until set and cheese is bubbly and golden.
Step 4: Serve
- Let cool slightly. Top with chopped pickles if desired. Slice and serve!
