Instructions

Step 1: Make the Batter

  2. In another bowl, whisk sour cream, egg, melted butter, and vanilla.
  3. Combine wet and dry ingredients. Fold in diced peaches.
Step 2: Make the Crumb Topping
  1. In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon.
  2. Cut in cold butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Step 3: Air Fry
  1. Pour batter into a greased cake tin that fits in your air fryer.
  2. Sprinkle crumb topping evenly over the top.
  3. Air fry at 160°C (320°F) for 25–30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
