Instructions
Step 1: Make the Batter
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk sour cream, egg, melted butter, and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients. Fold in diced peaches.
Step 2: Make the Crumb Topping
- In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon.
- Cut in cold butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Step 3: Air Fry
- Pour batter into a greased cake tin that fits in your air fryer.
- Sprinkle crumb topping evenly over the top.
- Air fry at 160°C (320°F) for 25–30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
