Air Fryer Baileys Cheesecake

Instructions

Step 1: Make the Base
  1. Combine crushed biscuits and melted butter in a bowl.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased and parchment-lined 6-inch springform pan.
  3. Chill in the freezer while you make the filling.
Step 2: Prepare the Filling
  1. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  2. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each.
  3. Mix in Baileys, vanilla, and flour until fully combined.
Step 3: Air Fry
  1. Pour the filling over the chilled crust.
  2. Preheat air fryer to 160°C (320°F).
  3. Place the cheesecake in the air fryer basket and air fry for 25–30 minutes, or until the center is just set.
  4. Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
