Step 1: Prepare the Crust
  1. Mix cookie crumbs and melted butter in a bowl.
  2. Press firmly into a greased pie dish that fits in your air fryer.
  3. Air fry at 160°C (320°F) for 6–8 minutes. Let cool completely.
Step 2: Make the Filling
  1. In a bowl, beat peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Fold in the whipped topping gently until fully combined.
  3. Spread filling evenly into the cooled crust. Chill for at least 1 hour.
Step 3: Add the Ganache
  1. Heat heavy cream until just steaming and pour over chocolate chips.
  2. Let sit 1–2 minutes, then stir until smooth.
  3. Pour ganache over the chilled peanut butter layer. Smooth the top.
  4. Chill the entire pie for at least another hour before serving.
