Step 1: Prepare the Crust
- Mix cookie crumbs and melted butter in a bowl.
- Press firmly into a greased pie dish that fits in your air fryer.
- Air fry at 160°C (320°F) for 6–8 minutes. Let cool completely.
Step 2: Make the Filling
- In a bowl, beat peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped topping gently until fully combined.
- Spread filling evenly into the cooled crust. Chill for at least 1 hour.
Step 3: Add the Ganache
- Heat heavy cream until just steaming and pour over chocolate chips.
- Let sit 1–2 minutes, then stir until smooth.
- Pour ganache over the chilled peanut butter layer. Smooth the top.
- Chill the entire pie for at least another hour before serving.
