Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Chips
- Line your air fryer basket or tray with parchment paper.
- Place pepperoni slices in a single layer with slight spacing between them.
- Sprinkle a small amount of shredded cheese on top of each slice.
Step 2: Air Fry
- Preheat air fryer to 190°C (375°F).
- Air fry the pepperoni chips for 6–8 minutes, or until the edges are crispy and the cheese is golden and bubbly.
- Remove carefully and let cool for 2–3 minutes to crisp up further.
