Step 1: Heat the Base
- In a heat-safe bowl that fits your air fryer, combine sugar, evaporated milk, butter, and salt.
- Preheat air fryer to 160°C (320°F). Place the bowl in the air fryer and heat for about 5 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the sugar is mostly dissolved and the mixture is hot.
Step 2: Make the Fudge
- Remove the bowl and quickly stir in chocolate chips, marshmallows, and vanilla. Stir until smooth and fully melted.
- Fold in the chopped nuts.
- Pour the mixture into a greased or parchment-lined 8×8-inch pan. Smooth the top.
- Refrigerate until firm, about 2 hours. Cut into squares to serve.
