Instructions

Step 1: Heat the Base
  1. In a heat-safe bowl that fits your air fryer, combine sugar, evaporated milk, butter, and salt.
  2. Preheat air fryer to 160°C (320°F). Place the bowl in the air fryer and heat for about 5 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the sugar is mostly dissolved and the mixture is hot.
Step 2: Make the Fudge
  1. Remove the bowl and quickly stir in chocolate chips, marshmallows, and vanilla. Stir until smooth and fully melted.
  2. Fold in the chopped nuts.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased or parchment-lined 8×8-inch pan. Smooth the top.
  4. Refrigerate until firm, about 2 hours. Cut into squares to serve.
