Step 1: Make the Dough
- In a large bowl, combine self-rising flour and cold heavy cream. Stir just until a dough forms—do not overmix.
- Turn dough out onto a floured surface and gently pat to about 1-inch thickness. Cut out biscuits using a biscuit cutter or glass.
Step 2: Air Fry
- Preheat air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
- Place biscuits in a parchment-lined air fryer basket or tray, leaving space between each.
- Air fry for 10–12 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Brush with melted butter after baking, if desired.
