Step 1: Make the Mixture
- In a bowl, combine peanut butter, softened butter, and powdered sugar. Mix until smooth.
- Fold in the crushed Butterfinger candy until evenly combined.
- Roll into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined tray. Chill in the fridge for 15–20 minutes.
Step 2: Coat and Air Fry (Optional)
- Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in the microwave or on a double boiler.
- Dip each chilled ball into the melted chocolate to coat completely.
- Optional: Place chocolate-coated balls in the air fryer at 160°C (320°F) for 3–5 minutes to lightly set the coating with a crisp shell.
- Let cool and harden before serving.
