Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Potatoes
  1. Wash and dry potatoes. Cut each one in half lengthwise.
  2. Score the flesh side of each potato in a crosshatch pattern, cutting about 1/2 inch deep.
Step 2: Season
  1. Brush each scored potato half with olive oil or butter.
  2. Sprinkle with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add cheese if desired.
Step 3: Air Fry
  1. Preheat air fryer to 200°C (390°F).
  2. Place potatoes flesh-side up in the air fryer basket. Cook for 25–30 minutes or until golden brown and tender.
  3. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
