Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Potatoes
- Wash and dry potatoes. Cut each one in half lengthwise.
- Score the flesh side of each potato in a crosshatch pattern, cutting about 1/2 inch deep.
Step 2: Season
- Brush each scored potato half with olive oil or butter.
- Sprinkle with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add cheese if desired.
Step 3: Air Fry
- Preheat air fryer to 200°C (390°F).
- Place potatoes flesh-side up in the air fryer basket. Cook for 25–30 minutes or until golden brown and tender.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
