Air Fryer Classic Pound Cake

Step 1: Make the Batter
  1. Cream butter and sugar in a large bowl until light and fluffy (about 3–4 minutes).
  2. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  3. Stir in vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix flour, salt, and baking powder (if using).
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with milk. Mix just until combined.
Step 2: Air Fry
  1. Grease and line a loaf or round cake pan that fits your air fryer.
  2. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and level the top.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 150°C (300°F).
  4. Air fry for 40–45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cover loosely with foil if browning too quickly.
  5. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
