Step 1: Prepare the Batter
- Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy (about 4–5 minutes).
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Mix in vanilla and almond extracts.
- Alternate adding flour and milk, starting and ending with flour. Stir until just combined.
Step 2: Air Fry
- Grease and line a cake pan that fits your air fryer.
- Pour in the batter and smooth the top.
- Preheat air fryer to 150°C (300°F).
- Air fry for 45–50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cover loosely with foil if browning too quickly.
- Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
