Step 1: Prepare the Cake Batter
- In a large bowl, mix cake mix, eggs, oil, and water until smooth and lump-free.
- Grease and line a round cake pan that fits your air fryer.
- Pour the batter into the pan and level the top.
Step 2: Air Fry the Cake
- Preheat the air fryer to 160°C (320°F).
- Air fry for 25–30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool completely before frosting.
Step 3: Make the Frosting
- In a bowl, whisk together the pudding mix and cold milk until thickened (about 2 minutes).
- Fold in the Cool Whip until fully combined and fluffy.
- Spread the frosting evenly over the cooled cake. Chill before serving if desired.
