Instructions
Step 1: Prep the Chicken
- Slice chicken breasts in half horizontally to make cutlets if thick. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- In one bowl, whisk egg with milk. In another, mix Parmesan and breadcrumbs.
- Dip chicken in egg mixture, then coat in the Parmesan-breadcrumb mixture.
Step 2: Air Fry
- Preheat air fryer to 200°C (390°F).
- Place coated chicken in the basket and lightly spray with olive oil.
- Air fry for 18–20 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and cooked through.
Step 3: Make the Garlic Sauce
- In a saucepan, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute.
- Add flour and stir to form a paste. Slowly whisk in milk.
- Add cream cheese and Parmesan. Stir until smooth and thick. Season with salt and pepper.
- Spoon sauce over cooked chicken before serving.
