Instructions
Step 1: Make the Dough
- In a saucepan, combine butter, milk, sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Reduce heat and stir in flour all at once. Stir vigorously until the mixture forms a ball and pulls away from the sides.
- Let the dough cool for 5 minutes. Beat in eggs one at a time until smooth and glossy.
Step 2: Air Fry
- Preheat air fryer to 180°C (356°F).
- Spoon or pipe heaping tablespoons of dough onto parchment paper in the air fryer basket, spacing them apart.
- Air fry for 10–12 minutes or until golden and puffed. Do not open the air fryer early.
- Let cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar if desired.
