Air Fryer Nun’s Puffs

Instructions

Step 1: Make the Dough
  1. In a saucepan, combine butter, milk, sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
  2. Reduce heat and stir in flour all at once. Stir vigorously until the mixture forms a ball and pulls away from the sides.
  3. Let the dough cool for 5 minutes. Beat in eggs one at a time until smooth and glossy.
Step 2: Air Fry
  1. Preheat air fryer to 180°C (356°F).
  2. Spoon or pipe heaping tablespoons of dough onto parchment paper in the air fryer basket, spacing them apart.
  3. Air fry for 10–12 minutes or until golden and puffed. Do not open the air fryer early.
  4. Let cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar if desired.
