Air Fryer Egg Salad Sandwich

Instructions

Step 1: Air Fry the Eggs
  1. Place eggs in the air fryer basket.
  2. Air fry at 130°C (270°F) for 15–17 minutes for hard-boiled consistency.
  3. Transfer eggs to ice water and let cool. Peel and chop the eggs.
Step 2: Make the Egg Salad
  1. In a bowl, mix chopped eggs, mayonnaise, mustard (if using), salt, pepper, and green onions.
  2. Stir until well combined and creamy.
Step 3: Assemble the Sandwich
  1. Toast the bread slices in the air fryer for 2–3 minutes at 180°C (356°F), if desired.
  2. Spread egg salad on one slice of bread, add lettuce if using, and top with another slice.
  3. Slice and serve immediately.
