Air Fryer Crispy Philly Cheesesteak Egg Rolls

Step 1: Cook the Filling
  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add onions and bell peppers; sauté until soft (about 5 minutes).
  2. Add the beef, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until beef is no longer pink. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Step 2: Assemble the Egg Rolls
  1. Lay out one egg roll wrapper. Place a slice of cheese, then a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center.
  2. Fold the sides in and roll tightly like a burrito. Seal the edges with a dab of water.
  3. Repeat with remaining wrappers.
Step 3: Air Fry
  1. Preheat air fryer to 190°C (375°F).
  2. Place egg rolls in the basket seam-side down. Spray lightly with oil or cooking spray.
  3. Air fry for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
