Instructions
Step 1: Fill and Seal
- Flatten each biscuit into a small circle. Add 1 tsp pizza sauce, 1 cube of mozzarella, and pepperoni if using.
- Carefully pinch and seal the dough around the filling to form a ball.
Step 2: Air Fry
- Brush each ball with olive oil or butter, sprinkle with Italian seasoning and Parmesan if desired.
- Place in air fryer basket, leaving space between each. Air fry at 180°C (356°F) for 7–8 minutes until golden and puffy.
