Instructions
Step 1: Prepare Garlic Butter
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the mixture over the lobster meat and scallops generously.
Step 2: Air Fry
- Preheat air fryer to 200°C (392°F).
- Place lobster tails and scallops in the air fryer basket, shell side down for the lobster.
- Cook for 8–10 minutes, until the lobster is opaque and scallops are golden and slightly firm.
Step 3: Serve
- Drizzle any remaining garlic butter over the seafood.
- Garnish with fresh herbs and serve with lemon wedges.
