GARLIC BUTTER LOBSTER AND SCALLOPS

Step 1: Prepare Garlic Butter
  1. In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Brush the mixture over the lobster meat and scallops generously.
Step 2: Air Fry
  1. Preheat air fryer to 200°C (392°F).
  2. Place lobster tails and scallops in the air fryer basket, shell side down for the lobster.
  3. Cook for 8–10 minutes, until the lobster is opaque and scallops are golden and slightly firm.
Step 3: Serve
  1. Drizzle any remaining garlic butter over the seafood.
  2. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve with lemon wedges.
