- Add baking powder and semolina. Mix until smooth and thick.
Step 2: Fry
- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture into the hot oil and fry until golden on both sides.
- Drain on paper towels.
