Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the crab meat, chopped celery, and onions.
- In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sour cream (if using), lemon juice, mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the crab mixture and gently toss until well combined.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving, if desired.
