Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Chicken
- In a small bowl, mix Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the chicken breasts with the honey mustard mixture on both sides.
Step 2: Air Fry the Chicken
- Place the chicken in the air fryer basket. Air fry at 190°C (375°F) for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Step 3: Roast Asparagus
- After flipping the chicken, add asparagus to the basket. Spray lightly with oil and sprinkle with salt.
- Continue cooking for 6–8 more minutes, or until asparagus is tender and chicken is fully cooked.
Step 4: Add Cheese
- Sprinkle cheese over the asparagus and let it melt for the last 1–2 minutes of cooking.
- Serve warm with extra honey mustard sauce if desired.
