Step 1: Make the Batter
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour and eggs.
- Gradually add in the milk and water, stirring to combine.
- Add the salt, melted butter, and vanilla (if using); whisk until smooth.
Step 2: Cook the Crepes
- Heat a lightly oiled non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
- Pour 1/4 cup of the batter into the pan, tilting to evenly coat the surface.
- Cook for 1-2 minutes, then flip and cook the other side for 30 seconds.
- Repeat with the remaining batter.
