Step 1: Prepare the Nuggets
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Season chicken pieces with salt and pepper.
- Dip chicken in egg, then coat in breadcrumbs.
- Air fry for 8–10 minutes, shaking halfway, until crispy and golden.
Step 2: Make the Sauce
- In a pan over low heat, mix honey, sriracha, soy sauce, and garlic powder.
- Simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
Step 3: Toss and Serve
- Toss cooked nuggets in the sauce until coated.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped spring onions if desired.
