Step 1: Prepare the Nuggets
  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season chicken pieces with salt and pepper.
  3. Dip chicken in egg, then coat in breadcrumbs.
  4. Air fry for 8–10 minutes, shaking halfway, until crispy and golden.
Step 2: Make the Sauce
  1. In a pan over low heat, mix honey, sriracha, soy sauce, and garlic powder.
  2. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
Step 3: Toss and Serve
  1. Toss cooked nuggets in the sauce until coated.
  2. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped spring onions if desired.
