Step 1: Prepare the Filling
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a pan, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease.
- Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
- Stir in the crumbled bacon and BBQ sauce (if using), then remove from heat.
Step 2: Assemble the Rolls
- Roll out the crescent dough and separate into triangles.
- Place a spoonful of the cooked beef mixture onto the wide end of each triangle.
- Add a small scoop of mac & cheese on top.
- Roll the dough over the filling, tucking the edges to seal.
Step 3: Bake
- Place the rolls on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Brush with the beaten egg and sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until golden brown.
Step 4: Serve & Enjoy
- Let cool slightly before serving.
- Pair with ketchup, ranch, or BBQ sauce for dipping.
