Step 1: Prepare the Batter
  1. Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a bowl, mash the bananas and mix in cottage cheese, honey, eggs, and vanilla.
Step 2: Combine Dry Ingredients
  1. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
  2. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
Step 3: Bake
  1. Pour the batter into the loaf pan and smooth the top.
  2. Bake for 45–50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Step 4: Cool & Serve
  1. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
  2. Slice and enjoy warm or at room temperature.
