Step 1: Cook the Steak Mixture
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add onions and bell peppers, sauté for 3–4 minutes.
- Add steak slices, season with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Cook until the steak is browned, about 4–5 minutes.
Step 2: Assemble the Breadsticks
- Roll out the pizza dough and cut it into 6 equal strips.
- Evenly distribute the steak mixture on one side of each strip.
- Top with mozzarella and provolone cheese.
- Fold the dough over and seal the edges.
Step 3: Bake
- Place the stuffed breadsticks on a lined baking sheet.
- Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with oregano and red pepper flakes.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
Step 4: Serve & Enjoy
- Let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
- Enjoy with marinara or cheese sauce for dipping.
