Instructions
Step 1: Preheat & Prepare
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
 - Place the unbaked pie crust into a 9-inch pie dish and set aside.
 
Step 2: Make the Custard
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, sugar, salt, and vanilla extract.
 - Gradually whisk in the milk until well combined.
 
Step 3: Assemble & Bake
- Pour the custard mixture into the pie crust.
 - Sprinkle a little ground nutmeg on top.
 - Bake for 45 minutes or until the custard is set but slightly wobbly in the center.
 - Let cool completely before slicing and serving.
