Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 180°C (360°F).
  2. In a bowl, coat the liver slices with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
  3. Toss the sliced onions with a little olive oil and salt.
Step 2: Air Fry
  1. Place the liver slices in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  2. Add the sliced onions over the liver.
  3. Cook for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the liver is browned and onions are caramelized.
Step 3: Serve & Enjoy
  1. Drizzle with melted butter and toss gently.
  2. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
