Air Fryer Cupcakes

Step 1: Prepare the Batter
  1. In a bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  2. Mix in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. Gradually fold in the flour, baking powder, and salt, alternating with milk.
Step 2: Fill the Cupcake Liners
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 160°C (320°F).
  2. Line silicone cupcake molds with paper liners or spray with cooking spray.
  3. Fill each mold about ¾ full with batter.
Step 3: Air Fry the Cupcakes
  1. Place molds in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
  2. Cook for 12–15 minutes, checking at 10 minutes with a toothpick.
  3. If the toothpick comes out clean, they are done.
Step 4: Cool & Serve
  1. Remove cupcakes from the air fryer and let them cool on a wire rack.
  2. Decorate with frosting or enjoy as they are!
