Instructions
Step 1: Cook the Pasta
- Cook the tagliatelle according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
Step 2: Air Fry the Beef
- Preheat your air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
- Toss the beef slices with olive oil, salt, and half the crushed peppercorns.
- Air fry for 6–8 minutes, shaking halfway through.
Step 3: Prepare the Sauce
- In a pan over medium heat, sauté onions and garlic until softened.
- Add beef stock, Worcestershire sauce, and remaining peppercorns.
- Stir in the low-fat cream and simmer until slightly thickened.
Step 4: Combine & Serve
- Add the cooked beef and pasta to the sauce, tossing to coat evenly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot!
