Air Fryer Coke Cola Chicken Thighs

Instructions

Step 1: Marinate the Chicken
  1. In a bowl, mix Coca-Cola, soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, ginger, chili flakes, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the chicken thighs and let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Step 2: Air Fry the Chicken
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 180°C (360°F).
  2. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  3. Place the marinated chicken thighs in the basket and cook for 15–18 minutes, flipping halfway.
Step 3: Make the Sauce
  1. Pour the remaining marinade into a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add the cornstarch slurry and stir until thickened.
Step 4: Assemble & Serve
  1. Toss the cooked noodles in a bit of the sauce.
  2. Serve the chicken thighs over the noodles, drizzling extra sauce on top.
  3. Garnish with spring onions and sesame seeds.
