Instructions
Step 1: Marinate the Chicken
- In a bowl, mix Coca-Cola, soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, ginger, chili flakes, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken thighs and let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Step 2: Air Fry the Chicken
- Preheat your air fryer to 180°C (360°F).
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Place the marinated chicken thighs in the basket and cook for 15–18 minutes, flipping halfway.
Step 3: Make the Sauce
- Pour the remaining marinade into a saucepan over medium heat.
- Add the cornstarch slurry and stir until thickened.
Step 4: Assemble & Serve
- Toss the cooked noodles in a bit of the sauce.
- Serve the chicken thighs over the noodles, drizzling extra sauce on top.
- Garnish with spring onions and sesame seeds.
