Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Batter
- Preheat your air fryer to 180°C (360°F).
- In a bowl, mix oats, banana, egg, baking powder, vanilla, sweetener (if using), and salt.
- Stir until smooth and well combined.
Step 2: Air Fry the Oats
- Grease a small oven-safe dish or ramekin with cooking spray.
- Pour the mixture into the dish and smooth the top.
- Air fry for 12–15 minutes until golden and set in the center.
Step 3: Serve & Enjoy
- Let it cool for a few minutes.
- Top with berries, nuts, or chocolate chips if desired.
- Enjoy warm!
