Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Batter
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 180°C (360°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix oats, banana, egg, baking powder, vanilla, sweetener (if using), and salt.
  3. Stir until smooth and well combined.
Step 2: Air Fry the Oats
  1. Grease a small oven-safe dish or ramekin with cooking spray.
  2. Pour the mixture into the dish and smooth the top.
  3. Air fry for 12–15 minutes until golden and set in the center.
Step 3: Serve & Enjoy
  1. Let it cool for a few minutes.
  2. Top with berries, nuts, or chocolate chips if desired.
  3. Enjoy warm!
