Step 1: Cook the Sausages
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3–5 minutes.
- Place sausages in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Lightly brush with olive oil for extra crispiness.
- Air fry for 12–15 minutes, turning halfway, until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature 160°F/71°C).
Step 2: Make the Mashed Potatoes
- While the sausages cook, boil the potatoes in salted water for 10–12 minutes until fork-tender.
- Drain and mash with butter, warm milk, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.
Step 3: Prepare the Onion Gravy
- Melt butter in a small pan over medium heat. Add sliced onions and cook until soft and caramelized (~5 minutes).
- Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
- Gradually pour in beef broth, whisking constantly to avoid lumps.
- Add Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper, and simmer for 3–5 minutes until thickened.
Step 4: Assemble and Serve
- Plate the mashed potatoes, top with sausages, and generously drizzle with onion gravy.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
