Step 1: Prepare the Air Fryer and Base
- Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C). Line a small 8-inch baking pan or air fryer-safe dish with aluminum foil and lightly spray with cooking spray for easier removal and cleanup.
- In a food processor, process Oreo cookies into fine crumbs. Add melted butter and process again until combined.
Step 2: Form the Base
- Press the Oreo crumb mixture firmly into an even layer at the bottom of the prepared pan.
Step 3: Add the Toppings

- Sprinkle crushed corn flakes evenly over the Oreo base, followed by shredded coconut and chocolate chips.
- Drizzle salted caramel sauce generously over the toppings to cover everything.
Step 4: Cook in the Air Fryer
- Place the pan in the preheated air fryer and cook at 320°F (160°C) for 15-18 minutes, or until the caramel is bubbling and the edges appear set.
Step 5: Cool and Serve
- Remove the pan from the air fryer and allow the bars to cool for at least 1 hour on a wire rack to firm up. Optionally, sprinkle with sea salt before slicing into bars.
- Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
