  • Prepare the Filling:
    In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, cream cheese, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix until fully combined and smooth.
  • Shape the Balls:
    Using your hands, form the mixture into 1-inch balls. Place the balls on a parchment-lined plate or tray and refrigerate for 10–15 minutes to firm up.
  • Set Up the Breading Station:
    Prepare three shallow dishes:

  • Bread the Balls:
    Roll each ball in flour, then dip it into the beaten eggs, and finally coat it in breadcrumbs. Gently press to ensure an even coating.
  • Preheat the Air Fryer:
    Preheat your air fryer to 190°C (375°F) for 3 minutes. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  • Cook the Reuben Balls:
