Instructions

Preparation:

  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3–5 minutes.

2. Season the Salmon:

  • Cut the salmon into 1-inch cubes.
  • In a large bowl, toss the salmon with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper (if using), salt, and black pepper until well coated.

3. Air Fry the Salmon:

  • Place the seasoned salmon bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd.
  • Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and cooked through (internal temperature of 145°F or 63°C).

4. Make the Bang Bang Sauce:

  • In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice until smooth.

5. Toss and Serve:

  • Toss the cooked salmon bites in the Bang Bang sauce, or drizzle the sauce over the bites.
  • Garnish with fresh herbs (like cilantro or parsley) if desired. Serve immediately.
