Preparation:
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3–5 minutes.
2. Prepare the Mixture:
- Finely shred the cabbage and place it in a large mixing bowl.
- Add the finely chopped onion, spring onion, and parsley to the bowl.
- Crack the eggs into the mixture, add the flour, and season with black pepper and salt. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
3. Shape the Fritters:
- Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture and shape them into small patties (about 2–3 inches in diameter).
4. Air Fry the Fritters:

- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Place the fritters in a single layer, ensuring they don’t touch.
- Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the fritters are golden brown and crispy.
5. Serve:
- Remove the fritters from the air fryer and allow them to cool slightly.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce, such as sour cream, tzatziki, or a spicy mayo.
