2. Arrange the Cheese Slices:

  • Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper or a silicone mat to prevent sticking.
  • Place the mozzarella cheese slices in the basket, ensuring they are spaced evenly apart.

3. Air Fry the Cheese:

  • Air fry the cheese slices at 375°F (190°C) for 3–4 minutes, or until the edges are browned and crisp. Watch closely to avoid overcooking.

4. Add the Chicken:

  • Place a portion of shredded chicken on one end of each cheese slice.

5. Roll and Crisp:

  • Roll the cheese tightly around the chicken, seam side down.
