Instructions
Preparation:
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3–5 minutes.
2. Arrange the Cheese Slices:
- Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper or a silicone mat to prevent sticking.
- Place the mozzarella cheese slices in the basket, ensuring they are spaced evenly apart.
3. Air Fry the Cheese:
- Air fry the cheese slices at 375°F (190°C) for 3–4 minutes, or until the edges are browned and crisp. Watch closely to avoid overcooking.
4. Add the Chicken:

- Carefully remove the cheese slices and let them cool for 1–2 minutes.
- Place a portion of shredded chicken on one end of each cheese slice.
5. Roll and Crisp:
- Roll the cheese tightly around the chicken, seam side down.
- Return the rolls to the air fryer and air fry for 2–3 minutes to seal and crisp them further.
6. Serve:
- Remove the rolls from the air fryer.
- Serve warm with buffalo sauce and low-carb ranch dressing for dipping.
