Preparation:
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3–5 minutes.
2. Prepare the Broccoli:
- Steam broccoli florets until tender-crisp (3–5 minutes). Allow to cool, then finely chop.
3. Mix the Ingredients:
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped broccoli, breadcrumbs, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, eggs, and flour.
- Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until the mixture is well combined.
4. Shape the Balls:

- Roll small portions of the mixture into 1-inch balls. Place them on a parchment-lined plate or tray.
5. Air Fry the Balls:
- Lightly grease the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Arrange the balls in a single layer, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
- Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 12–15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even crisping, until golden brown.
6. Cool and Serve:
- Allow the broccoli cheese balls to cool slightly.
- Serve warm with marinara or ranch dip and enjoy!
