Glazed Carrots in the Air Fryer

  • Prepare the Carrots
    • Peel and slice the carrots into uniform pieces for even cooking.
  • Preheat the Air Fryer
    • Set the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and preheat for 3 minutes.
  • Par-Cook the Carrots
    • Toss the sliced carrots with 1 tablespoon of water. Place them in the air fryer basket and cook for 6–8 minutes, shaking halfway through until slightly tender.
  • Make the Glaze
    • In a small bowl, mix melted butter, honey, and brown sugar until combined.
  • Glaze and Finish Cooking
    • Remove the carrots from the air fryer and toss them with the glaze. Return the glazed carrots to the air fryer and cook for another 4 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  • Season and Serve
    • Sprinkle the cooked carrots with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm as a delightful side dish.
