- Prepare the Carrots
- Peel and slice the carrots into uniform pieces for even cooking.
- Preheat the Air Fryer
- Set the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and preheat for 3 minutes.
- Par-Cook the Carrots
- Toss the sliced carrots with 1 tablespoon of water. Place them in the air fryer basket and cook for 6–8 minutes, shaking halfway through until slightly tender.
- Make the Glaze
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, honey, and brown sugar until combined.
- Glaze and Finish Cooking
- Remove the carrots from the air fryer and toss them with the glaze. Return the glazed carrots to the air fryer and cook for another 4 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Season and Serve
- Sprinkle the cooked carrots with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm as a delightful side dish.
