- Preheat the Air Fryer
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
- Season it
- In a small bowl, mix paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Pat the tenderloins dry with paper towels and rub the spice mix evenly over them.
- Sear it
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Sear the tenderloins for 3-5 minutes on each side until browned. This step helps lock in moisture.
- Prepare the Glaze
- In a small bowl, whisk together minced garlic, honey, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, Sriracha, and 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
- Brush this glaze over the seared tenderloins, reserving some for serving.
- Cook in the Air Fryer
- Place the glazed tenderloins in the air fryer basket.
- Cook at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (62°C).
- Rest it
- Once done, remove it from the air fryer and let it rest for 10 minutes under a piece of foil to keep it moist.
- Serve
- Slice the tenderloin against the grain and serve with the reserved glaze and optional garnishes such as rosemary and orange slices.
