Step 1: Prepare the Turkey
- Place the turkey breast in a Ziploc bag or between two pieces of plastic wrap.
- Pound it to about 1/4-inch thickness for even cooking and easier rolling.
Step 2: Prepare the Filling
- In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, spinach, garlic, bacon, salt, black pepper, parsley, rosemary, and thyme until smooth.
- Spread the mixture over the flattened turkey breast, leaving a 1/2-inch border around the edges.
Step 3: Roll and Secure
- Roll the turkey breast tightly from one long side to the other, forming a roll.
- Secure with toothpicks or tie with baker’s twine to hold its shape.
Step 4: Season the Roll
- Brush the turkey roll with melted butter.
- Mix garlic powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt, then rub it evenly over the roll.
Step 5: Cook in the Air Fryer
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3–5 minutes.
- Place the turkey roll seam-side down in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 20–25 minutes, then check the internal temperature. It should read 160°F (71°C) in the thickest part.
Step 6: Broil for Browning
- Increase the air fryer temperature to 400°F (200°C) for an additional 5 minutes to achieve a golden-brown exterior.
Step 7: Rest and Serve
- Let the turkey rest for 5–10 minutes to reach the safe internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Slice and serve warm.
