- Prepare the Green Beans:
- Wash and trim the green beans. Pat them dry with a paper towel.
- Toss the beans in a bowl with olive oil, salt, and pepper to coat evenly.
- Cook in Air Fryer:
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3–5 minutes.
- Place the green beans in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8–10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the beans are tender-crisp.
- Toast Almonds and Garlic:
- While the green beans cook, melt the butter in a small skillet over medium heat.
- Add the sliced almonds and garlic, cooking until the almonds are golden brown and fragrant (about 2–3 minutes).
- Combine and Serve:
- Transfer the cooked green beans to a serving dish.
- Toss with the almond and garlic mixture.
- Drizzle with lemon juice if desired and serve warm.
