Yogurt Toast with Jam and Banana

  • Preheat Air Fryer:
    Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F) for 2 minutes.
  • Prepare the Bread:
    • Spread 1 tablespoon of Greek yogurt on each slice of bread.
    • On one slice, add a layer of jam over the yogurt.
    • On the other slice, top the yogurt with sliced bananas.
  • Air Fry the Toast:
    Place the prepared slices in the air fryer basket. Air fry at 180°C (350°F) for 4-5 minutes or until the edges of the bread are golden and crispy.
  • Garnish and Serve:
    • Sprinkle hemp or chia seeds on both toasts.
    • Drizzle a little honey over the banana toast if desired.
