  • Handful breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg (to bind)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped

For the Tomato Brandy Cream Sauce

  • 400g tin chopped tomatoes
  • 200ml chicken stock
  • 200ml double cream
  • 30ml brandy
  • Pinch white pepper
  • Pinch ground nutmeg
  • Salt to taste

For the Sage

  • Fresh sage leaves
  • Oil spray

For the Gnocchi

  • 500g store-bought gnocchi
  • Butter-flavored spray or a little oil

Optional Toppings

  • Aleppo pepper (for garnish)
