For the Meatballs
- 400g pork mince

 - 1 egg (to bind)

- 400g tin chopped tomatoes
 - 200ml chicken stock
 - 200ml double cream
 - 30ml brandy
 - Pinch white pepper
 - Pinch ground nutmeg

- Fresh sage leaves
 - Oil spray
 
For the Gnocchi
- 500g store-bought gnocchi
 - Butter-flavored spray or a little oil
