- Prepare the Cheese Mixture:
- In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, shredded cheddar cheese, diced jalapeño, 1/2 cup crumbled turkey bacon, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Mix well until the ingredients are fully incorporated and the mixture is fluffy.
- Form the Cheese Balls:
- Using a cookie scoop, scoop out portions of the cheese mixture and form them into balls.
- Coat the Cheese Balls:
- Place the remaining 1.5 cups of crumbled turkey bacon on a shallow plate. Roll each cheese ball in the crumbled turkey bacon until fully coated.
- Air Fry the Cheese Balls:
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Arrange the turkey bacon-coated cheese balls in the air fryer basket, ensuring they do not touch each other to allow even cooking.
- Air fry for 6-8 minutes, or until the turkey bacon coating is crispy and golden.
- Serve:
- Remove the cheese balls from the air fryer and allow them to cool slightly. Serve immediately and enjoy!
