  • Mix Ingredients:
    • In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, sugar, brown sugar, and egg until the mixture is smooth and well-blended.
  • Add Dry Ingredients:
    • Stir in the baking soda, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt into the peanut butter mixture, ensuring everything is thoroughly mixed.
  • Shape Cookies:
    • Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and arrange them in the air fryer basket. Be sure to space them apart to allow for spreading during cooking.
  • Pattern and Cook:
    • Flatten each dough ball slightly with a fork, pressing a crisscross pattern into each. Cook in the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  • Cool:
    • Remove the cookies from the air fryer and let them cool on a wire rack before serving. This allows the cookies to set properly.
