Air Fryer Pillsbury Biscuit Garlic Butter Cheese Bombs

  • Prepare the Air Fryer:
    • Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 3 minutes.
  • Assemble the Cheese Bombs:
    • Open the container of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a circle.
    • Place a piece of mozzarella cheese in the center of each flattened biscuit.
    • Fold the edges of the biscuit dough around the cheese, pinching to seal and form a ball.
  • Season the Cheese Bombs:
    • In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and a pinch of salt.
    • Brush each cheese-stuffed biscuit ball with the garlic butter mixture.
  • Air Fry the Cheese Bombs:
    • Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place the cheese bombs in the basket, seam side down, making sure they are not touching.
    • Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 8-10 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through. Depending on your air fryer, you may need to work in batches.
  • Serve:
    • Remove the cheese bombs from the air fryer and let them cool slightly before serving. Enjoy them warm with a side of marinara sauce for dipping, if desired.
