- Prepare the Sauce:
- In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, minced garlic, lime juice, and crushed red pepper flakes. Set the sauce aside.
- Cook the Pasta:
- In a large pot of boiling water, cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain the pasta well and set it aside.
- Season the Shrimp:
- In a medium-sized bowl, combine the peeled and deveined shrimp with minced garlic, paprika, and freshly ground black pepper. Toss the shrimp to ensure they are evenly coated with the seasoning.
- Air Fry the Shrimp:
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
- Lightly brush the shrimp with coconut oil or spray them with cooking spray. Place the shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry the shrimp for 6-8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
- Combine and Serve:
- In a large serving bowl, combine the cooked pasta, air-fried shrimp, and the prepared sauce. Toss everything together until the pasta and shrimp are evenly coated with the sauce.
- Garnish with dried parsley and serve immediately.
